  • Unable to open {objectObject}: HTTP500 attempting to load TileSource error

Have you seen that error message when trying to access the playbills task pages? I'm trying to track it down so that we can provide specific information to developers.

If you've seen that message, we'd like to know what browser you were using (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc) and roughly when you saw it (this week, _____WB$wombat$check$this$function_____(this) month, etc).

Using Firefox. It came up this week, I think. I ended up signing out and coming back the following day. Sorry I didn't report it sooner. Have only just noticed this discussion thread.

Am also getting error 502, unable to load tile file source (or something close to that). Firefox, today.

Am working on the Transcribe genres : Olympic Theatre 1815-1831. The playbill page saves and does not refresh. It's odd because when I started on this project it worked very well and I did many playbill pages without any problems. Now I do a few and then run stuck ... :-(

Rose-Marie thanks for letting us know. Is it still doing that?

And do you know if you have any plugins in Firefox like Privacy Badger or others that might block content loaded from '3rd party' sites? We load our playbills directly from the British Library's access point and that might be an issue.
