Whenever I try to search for the item on the card, I get only a notice of an Internal Server Error and that something is broken. I have only recently signed up so I don't know if this has been an ongoing problem.

I tried it in the Vivaldi browser (Chromium) and then in Edge.

      Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the late response. Indeed we've been facing this problem which is yet to be resolved. Hopefully we can sort it out soon, but at the moment I'm not sure this can be resolved for you.
